Getting Started

  • 1.
    Download app from App Store.

    Click on the large App Store image above or go to the App Store from your iPad/iPhone and search for Mobile HealthCare EHR. It can also be found on the Mac app store if you have Mac OS Catalina installed.

  • 2.
    Create a practice.

    Once you have installed the Mobile HealthCare EHR app you can click here to create an account and then login from the iPad, iPhone or Mac using your selected practice name, username and password.

  • 3.
    Start using Mobile HealthCare EHR.

    Now you can login to the practice you created. You can add more users if you have other users in your practice. You can login with different users on the same Apple device or use multiple devices for the same user.

Single : 1 to 2 Care Providers ($99/mo)

This plan is perfect for a single Doctor or a two Doctor practice. Any number of other User records can be added for staff. Any of these user accounts can login from any Apple device at any time. Unlimited patient records and visits. Lab integration billing and all other features included. There are no add-ons or other fees and taxes are included.

Grande : 3 to 5 Care Providers ($199/mo)

This plan is perfect for a small team of 5 or less care providers. Any number of other User records can be added for staff. Any of these user accounts can login from any Apple device at any time. Changes are synchronized between the iPads every few minutes. If one device is not connected to the internet, it will synchronize as soon as it detects a connection.

Venti : Up to 10 Care Providers ($399/mo)

This plan is perfect for larger practices of up to 10 care providers and lots of staff.
